Returns:

Refunds:


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days.


Exchanges:


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping label.


Shipping:


To return your product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping label. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or damaged.


Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to protect your return.
